We like to see lots of bands when we have time, especially new bands. Q: How did you meet? Jekel and Mel met doing soloacoustic shows. Jekel and Kramer met at open mic's atwiseguys. We were all in other bands when Kramer came to a Jekel and a girl named acoustic show about getting another project together, shortly after we quit those bands and were playing together. Q: Is there an interesting story behind the name of your band? Who came up with the name? When people ask Mel what her Polish Eagle tattoo is, she says a "thunderchicken" Q. Tell us about your first show together. Hmm, The ThunderChickens first show,on the way home the van with our equipment spun out, tipped over, and burned up with all our equipment inside. Our first show with the current members we rocked out and recorded with a single mic and the day after, it was online, and the song was aired on Z93's Backyard Buzz. Q.
